Upon your request and expression of consent, we collect the following data for the purpose of providing services to you. Your data is not used for any other purposes or shared with third parties. It is removed upon your withdrawal of consent or your request to terminate theses services. We DO NOT receive any financial data of yours, and you will never be asked for any financial or sensitive data.
Payments are processed through a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway vendor. Payments will be done off-site, IE: not on ipizza.ie, and the payment portal will disclose the payment merchant name and have links to their Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies for you to review, accept or reject. We DO NOT receive any financial data of yours, and you will never be asked for any financial or sensitive data.
Statistics, Analytics and Tracking
The website uses a Google Analytics tracking code, a service which transmits website traffic data to Google servers in the United States or and allows us to notice trends to improve the user experience on our website. This code/build processes personal data such as: the unique User ID set by Google Analytics, the date and time, the title of the page being viewed, the URL of the page being viewed, the URL of the page that was viewed prior to the current page, the screen resolution, the time in local timezone, the files that were clicked on and downloaded, the links clicked on to an outside domain, the type of device, and the country, region, and city.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
We utilise contact forms through the website to obtain your information if you chose to provide it. The information will never to given away, sold, traded or disclosed and is purely for the use of Zimplified Media.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Should we fail to confirm your location and registration, we retain the right to cancel a project and refund your fee less any financial charges we incur for the refund.
How your data is protected
Data obtained through iPizza is stored on the data infrastructure DiaMatrix S.A, for whom we are a customer to, and the following procedures and policies are abided by:
– DiaMatrix will implement measures in line with Good Industry Practice and its Acceptable Use Policy to ensure the security of the DiaMatrix System and the physical security of the DiaMatrix Premises and or Data Centres, but gives no warranty that breaches of security will not take place.
– If the Customer discovers a security violation, or thinks that a security violation is imminent, it must immediately notify iPizza, Zimplified Media or DiaMatrix.
– If the Customer suffers damage as a result of loss or corruption of Customer Data through a security violation or breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, the Customer will be liable for the damage if the violation was the Customer’s fault.
– The Customer must not do anything that may prejudice the security of the DiaMatrix System, and must take all reasonable measures necessary to ensure that:
.1. no unlawful access is gained to the DiaMatrix Premises, the DiaMatrix System, or the Customer System;
.2. no Malicious Code is introduced into the DiaMatrix System;
.3. the Customer Data is safeguarded; and
.4. any Internet Protocol (“IP”) address range assigned to the Customer cannot be attacked by third parties;
.5. all use of the Services occurs in compliance with the Acceptable Use Policy.
– If a security violation occurs, or iPizza or DiaMatrix is of the view that a security violation is imminent, iPizza or DiaMatrix may take whatever steps it considers necessary to maintain the proper functioning of the System including without limitation:
.1. changing the Customer’s access codes and passwords (or those of any user of the DiaMatrix System),
.2. preventing access to the Customer System, and
.3. preventing access to the DiaMatrix System.
-. DiaMatrix takes reasonable measures to provide disaster recovery but does not warrant that recovery will be successful or that it will be completed within any time limit.
– The Customer must give its full cooperation to DiaMatrix in any investigation that may be carried out by DiaMatrix regarding a security violation. If it is found that the Customer has violated the Acceptable Use Policy, the Customer shall pay Investigation fees to recover the costs per hour that the Provider’s personnel must spend to investigate any violations.
Third parties data received
Our website might obtain data from third-party provider in order for a feature (eg: promotion) to function correctly. Should this data be in use it will fall under the same data protection policies as outlined in this document, and special note will be made of the application here.
